Duration: 4.5 hours

This course is designed for educators and childcare workers. This training meets the new legislative standards as set out by The Ministerial Council for Education, Early Childhood Development and Youth Affairs. These codes are recognised by ACECQA for the purpose of emergency asthma and emergency anaphylaxis care. To pass you must be successful with the completion of an online activity as well as a practical demonstration on the day.

Upon completion of this course, participants will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for HLTAID012 Provide first aid in an education and care setting valid for three (3) years. Included in this training are the course competencies of HLTAID009 Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
