Your Statement of Attainment certificate will be emailed as a pdf to you within 24 hours. If you would like a hard copy printed out and mailed to you then specify that to the teacher upon arrival at your course or send an email to admin@emskilled.com.au.
YES, all our courses are nationally recognized.
The instructor will go over the correct answers with you. You will then have the option to take the exam a second time on the day. If you fail to pass the exam a second time you will have to re-take the course.
Yes, you can reschedule for another day if notice is given in written form 48 hours prior to the course beginning. A fee of $25 will apply. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given a fee of 50% of the course fee will apply.

No, lunch is not provided. We do however choose venues with food options easily accessible.

Yes, an invoice is emailed to you when you register and pay for a course.

Yes, the options are endless as far as begin and end times. There are regulations on the length of time a nationally recognized course takes but we can do non-accredited courses to fit into whatever time restraints you have.
Yes, we love to give new mothers an awareness training. If you are part of a mother’s group or have other mum friends and would like to book one in, send us an email.
We limit the number of students we allow into each course in order to give adequate attention to everyone. All courses have a cap of 20 students.
